The Embraer's cabin is configured 1-2 (A - B,C). Many passengers may find the Embraer a snug fit, but fortunately, they won't be sitting on it for very long. On the 145, aim for 1A or 2 B and C.
The exit row, row 12 also offers a bit more space.
