Economy on this aircraft is configured 2-4-2 (A,C - D,E,F,G - H,K) throughout most of the cabin, so avoid the middle section unless travelling in a group.
Row 26 is the only extra legroom option, although the front row of the economy section will perhaps offer more space and be quieter. If these are unavailable, consider seats D or G near the back of the cabin, where there are blocks of three instead of four, as these will offer more elbow room.
