Ownership
Baboo is a subsidiary of M1 Travel, itself part of the larger M1 Group. On 25 November 2010, fellow regional Swiss airline Darwin Airline announced its plans to take over Baboo by early 2011. Under the plan, Darwin will acquire some assets of Baboo.
