United Airlines » B747-400 (new seats)

The newly configured B747-400 aircraft have 12 First Class Suites or 52 Business Class seats.

In first class there are four rows of seats with the configuration A - K in rows 1 and 2, and A - C,H - K in rows 3 and 4.

In business class, the configuration is A,B - C,D,G,H - J,K in rows 6,7,8, then in rows 9 and 10, A,B and J,K either sides of the stairs to the Upper Deck. On the Upper Deck the configuration is A,B - J,K

In economy, the configuration is A,B,C - D,E,F,G - H,J,K

Also as part of United's $550million onboard upgrade on board wireless video streaming is to be introuduced across the B747 fleet, allowing passengers to access video options via wifi-enabled handheld devices, tablets and laptop computers, as reported here.
