Tunisair
Tunisair (airline code TU), is the national airline of Tunisia, based at Tunis-Carthage Airport. It was set up in 1948, primarily to link Tunis to other capitals, but now relies on tourism for a large proportion of its traffic.
Ownership
Tunisair is 80% government owned, with the remainder held by private investors.
Route Network
Tunisair mainly operates short-haul scheduled routes to capitals in Europe, the Middle East and Western Africa. It also operates to tourist destinations in Tunisia including Monastir and the island of Djerba on both a scheduled and charter basis. To see where Tunisair flies, click here.
