On flights within Europe, the middle seat remains unoccupied in the business section, making a 2-2 layout. All business class seats have their own phone, as well as power and network connections for laptops.

Service includes a selection of newspapers and breakfast, lunch or dinner (depending on duration of flight). There is a wide selection of beverages, including champagne.

Business customers also get a 30kg luggage allowance and separate check-in plus access to Star Alliance and Swiss lounges. They receive double points on Swiss's Miles & More scheme.
