ScootBiz is more like a normal premium economy cabin than a business class.
The 32 seats have a 38-inch seat pitch, which is the standard in many other airlines' premium economy sections. Seats are 22 inches wide and have an eight-inch recline.
Passengers benefit from preferred seat selection and complimentary rental of a pre-loaded iPad with films, music and TV shows. They also get up to two complimentary meals with beverages, depending on the flight.
Other benefits include 20kg of checked luggage allowance and up to 15kg/two bags of carry-on baggage plus priority boarding, in-seat power, a comfort kit if travelling overnight and fast-track check-in at Scoot's dedicated ScootBiz counter.

IPAD is no more a complimentary entertainment item but a chargeable one. I only found out this when I re-visit their website where I've booked an upcoming flight in end Feb 2013.
