Economy on this aircraft is configured in an unusual 2-5-2 (A,C - D,E,F,G,H - J,K), so unless you are travelling in a group avoid the middle block and definitely try not to find yourself in any seat labelled 'F'.
Unfortunately, the four seats that make up row 29 are the only ones to really recommend here. If you fail to secure one of these, row 11, at the front of the cabin, should bring some extra room and a little more peace and quiet.
