Economy on the Boeing 737 is configured 3-3 (A,B,C - D,E,F). The best seats on the aircraft are 14 A and F. The seats in rows 11 and 12 will also have more leg room, but note that they will not recline.
If none of these are available, opt for the first row in the cabin, as this should have a little more space.
