Economy on the A330 is mainly configured 2-4-2 (A,C - D,E,F,G - H,K), except at the back of the aircraft where it narrows and the middle block of seats becomes D,F,G. This also applies to the three seats that comprise row 20. Behind them, 21 D and G are a good choice.
Further back, the four seats that make up row 31 are good, but for preference choose 32 A and C or H and K, which are by the exit.
