Business class on the A380 takes up most of the upper deck and is configured 2-2-2 (A,C - D,G - H,K). There are 98 business seats. For absolute space and comfort, we suggest the pairs of seats by the windows in row 27, as these are by an exit.
Note that row 22 is near the galley and row 21 is by the washrooms. Row 10 is close to both.
