LOT offers both short and long-haul business class products.

On short and medium-haul flights the seats are the same as in economy, only they are located at the front of the aircraft, separated by a curtain and with the middle seat kept free to give passengers more space. (Seats are configured 3-3 on these planes, whereas on the Boeing 767s they are 2-2-2.) They also have orange headrest covers instead of white.

The seat pitch is typically 81cm/32in, width is 43cm/17in and recline is 14cm/30 degrees on both LOT's B737-400s and B737-500s.

On the carrier's long-haul Boeing 767 aircraft, the fixed-shell business class seats have a 132cm/52in pitch, a 46cm/18in width and a 25cm/50in recline. They also feature an adjustable leg rest, reading lamps, and orange and blue upholstery.

Business class passengers are served fruit juices, coffee, tea, a range of beers, a wide selection of international spirits and a carefully selected choice of wines. In business class, LOT is also planning to introduce a signature menu by one of the most renowned chefs from a prestigious Warsaw hotel.

All passengers get a choice of English and Polish newspapers and magazines and in-flight entertainment is available on long-haul routes. Passengers can watch films, news, sports and music programmes via a personal DVD/CD player on B767s.
