Jet 2 offers a 29-inch pitch on the majority of its all-economy aircraft, the same as EasyJet. However, an unspecified number offer only 28 inches.
Exit and bulkhead seats can be pre-booked online for £12.50 for flights under three hours and £17.50 for flights over three hours. Groups wishing to sit together can also reserve seats online.
Expect to pay for everything else on board. A snack meal is £6 and a hot dish £8.

Worst Airline in the world" I have flown all over the world but have never experienced such poor customer service as I had with Jet2. My flight to and from Palma was delayed 7hrs out and 5hrs on the way back, none of the Jet2 staff or their handling agent where any help and wasn’t till they had all of us on the flight demanded a response did we get any answers…little... more
