The latest economy class seat has a 9-inch personal TV screen and on US routes has a headrest called a ‘Hammock Headrest’, which has added
cushioning for extra comfort.
The IFE system is MAGIC III Entertainment, JAL’s audio-visual-on-demand (AVOD) offering a selection
of 132 movie, music, video and game channels.

Flew with JAL (JL 9/JL 745) on Sept. 20 and JAL (JL 10/742) on Oct. 23. On all 4 occasions, I was extremely satisfied with the services offered by JAL.
