Economy on the A321 is configured 3-3. Row eight is shown here as being in business class, but, as the dividing curtain is movable, it is quite often in economy and, as it is the exit row, is one of those to consider, especially 8A and C.
Further back, row 21 is another legroom option, as is 22 A.
