Business class on Hong Kong Airlines and Hong Kong Express is a cabin of eight seats configured 2-2. They have a 50-inch seat pitch and seats are 22 inches wide with a 10-inch recline.
Service includes a hot breakfast, lunch or dinner with choices including
cooked rice, Chinese noodles, sandwiches or cakes.
Business Class
passengers can also choose to have their meals anytime they wish.
For
flights between Hong Kong and Changsha, Fuzhou, Guilin, Haikou, Nanning
and Xiamen, beverages and hot buns are served instead owing to the
short flight time.

Travelling to Sanya on business class. Standard far worse than expected. The meal is over-cooked and service provided is not enough. I would not recommend HX to my friends. more
