Flybe Nordic (airline code FC) is the Scandinavian subsidiary of the UK-based Flybe, which is Europe's largest regional airline. Flybe Nordic has bases at Helsinki and Tallinn airports but its administrative headquarters is at Seinäjoki Airport in Finland. It is planned that the new joint company will be based in Stockholm.

Ownership

Flybe acquired the former Finnish Commuter Airlines in July 2011 in partnership with Finnair and has rebranded it as Flybe Nordic, although passengers will know it just as Flybe. Flybe holds 60% of Flybe Nordic and Finnair 40%.

Route Network

Flybe Nordic is Finland's largest domestic airline and under Flybe's ownership it will be expanded into Scandinavia and the Baltic States. Flybe Nordic has retained all the Finnish Commuter Airlines routes and added new destinations, including Estonia, Latvia, Sweden, Norway and Poland as well as Geneva and Stuttgart.

Further expansion will take the airline into Lithuania and Denmark.
