Finnair's A330 has a redesigned economy cabin which is in two sections.

The first is directly behind the second business class cabin and comprises economy rows 21-38 in a 2-4-2 configuration (A,C - D,E,G,H - J,L), apart from the last row 38 which has only two seats on the port side of the aircraft (and which are very close to the washrooms).

The second economy section (rows 41-57) is also configured 2-4-2 except for rows 54-57 where seat G is missing and which is configured 2-3-2. The best seats in economy would probably be any seat in row 41.

Economy seat pitch is 79-81.5cm or 31-32 inches. Seat width is 43cm /16.9 inches (39cm / 15.5 inches for the front rows with mounted hand sets). The recline is five degrees but some seats are more limited if they back onto a bulkhead.

Economy class seats have a touch screen AVOD system with 26 films and 60 CDs among the entertainment options. There is also the ability to make and receive calls from the aircraft as well as between seats. Passengers can also send emails and text messages.
