Finnair's A321 fleet is configured 3-3 in both economy and business (A,B,C - D,E,F).
In economy the best seats are the exit row eight plus nine A and F, i.e. the window seats. Row 22 is also an exit row. If you cannot get these, try for 21B or D, as these will at least give more elbow room.
