Economy seating on Emirates' Boeing 777-300ERs is in a 3-4-3 layout (A,B,C - D,E,F,G - H,J,K) and is denser than some airlines' 3-3-3 configuration on this type of aircraft.
There are three economy sections on this aircraft. In the first, row 16 does not appear to offer much extra space, but seats 23 and 37 A-C and H-K do. Note, however, that row 23 faces the washrooms.
At the rear of the aircraft, you will find more elbow room in the aisle seats from row 46 backwards, but again note that these are close to the washrooms.
