For general notes on Emirates' economy class, click here.
Seating configuration in economy is 3-4-3 (A,B,C - D,E,F,G - H,J,K).
Emirates' own seat plan shows row eight, at the front of the cabin, as facing a bulkhead. For those wanting a definite chance to stretch out, rows 23 and 37, seats A-C and H-K, are the ones to head for. Row 38, seats D,E,F,G, appear to also offer more space, although they face a bulkhead.
At the rear of the aircraft, you will find more elbow room in the aisle seats from row 46 backwards, but note that these are close to the washrooms.
The IFE system on Emirates is rightly celebrated, but it comes at a cost - the equipment box under the first row in each economy cabin. If you are in the bulkhead or emergency exit row this won't bother you, because it's under your seat, but for this reason avoid the row behind because of restricted leg room.
