Seating configuration in economy is 3-4-3 (A,B,C - D,E,F,G - H,J,K).
In the three-class configuration shown here, row 17 faces a bulkhead. Row 22 is a great choice as is row 37. Both offer extra leg room and don't have a seat directly in front.
The IFE system on Emirates is rightly celebrated, but it comes at a cost - the equipment box under the first row in each economy cabin. If you are in the bulkhead or emergency exit row this won't bother you, because it's under your seat, but for this reason avoid the rows behind because of restricted leg room.
Rows 21 and 50 back onto the washroms, which as well as being smelly and noisy, can mean people standing next to your seat when the washrooms are busy.
