Seating configuration in business class is 2-3-2 (A,B - D,E,F - J,K) and is rows one to six.
Rows 1 and 6 have restricted recline/ leg room, while row 6 has the noise of economy behind, so go for the middle rows (2-5) and and avoid the middle seat (E) of these.
Emirates describes these seats as being the sleeperette type.
