Seating configuration in economy is 2-4-2 (A,B - D,E,F,G - J,K).
In the three-class configuration, rows 16 and 25 are obviously to be preferred for extra leg room and not having a seat directly in front.
The IFE system on Emirates is rightly celebrated, but it comes at a cost - the equipment box under the first row in each economy cabin. If you are in the bulkhead or emergency exit row (16 and 25, here), this won't bother you, because it's under your seat, but for this reason avoid the row behind (17 and 26) because of restricted leg room.
Rows 24, 38 and 39 back onto the washroms, which as well as being smelly and noisy, can mean people standing next to your seat when the washrooms are busy.
