EGYPTAIR celebrates the arrival of its seventh B737-800 aircraft out of twelve B737-800s planned to join the fleet and scheduled to arrive gradually during 2008/2009.The aircraft is painted with the star alliance logo.
The B737-800 is a short to medium range aircraft that operates to Europe, Middle East & Africa. Its passenger cabin constitutes of additional business class seats - total of 24 - and 120 economy seats. Business class seats are equipped with very advanced entertainment amenities and outlets for PCs to be used on board. Besides, a video per seat is available to show the latest documentary films and EGYPTAIR's visual magazine; in addition to 16 radio channels.
Egyptair has a total of 12 B737-800 aircraft configured with 24 business class seats and 120 economy seats, each with IFE options and laptop power
