Corporate-gal flew Eastern Airways Economy (All seats), on a Jetstream 41 (12/12/2008 13:29)

Flew Eastern Airways a couple of years ago when they ran the Birmingham - Inverness route and the service was exceptional. Not a great choice of food and drink, but free champagne and other alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks and snacks were available and served with a great smile and overall friendliness.

For small aircraft the seats were comfy, certainly enough for an hour's flight to Scotland. Not a great deal of recline, but you don't really need it on such short flights.

Any 'carry-on' baggage was placed in the hold at the foot of the stairs and was there to meet you when you disembarked.

Always efficient boarding and disembarking and very punctual. I would highly recommend them.
