Eva Air has two types of business class seating on its long haul fleet. The Super Business seat is found on EVA's B747 Combi aircraft. It is an older-style business seat with a 44-inch pitch on this wide-body aircraft.

We used the Eva Air lounge at Bangkok (relatively crowded but we found a pair of seats near a window) for our flight from Bangkok in March 2012. Boarding was called but when we arrived at the gate there was a queue for about 10 mins - no separation of ticket classes until the last minute. At Heathrow we used the American Airline Lounge which was very pleasant and fairly empty but still well stocked with a good variety of snacks and drinks.
