Flight search
Cathay Pacific have enhanced their regional Business Class product based on the design concept present in their long haul fleet, with many of the same features such as the curved silhouette design, providing a high level of comfort.
Inflight entertainment is better too with a bigger personal television and a vast selection of audio and video programmes. There is an array of international cuisine on offer.
Seat configuration is 2-2-2 on the A330s and A340s. On the B747s it's 2-3-2, with only 3 rows of seats in the cabin downstairs. IFE included up to 26 channels of non-stop entertainment on a 10.4" screen. On-screen information is available in English, Chinese.

Recent 3+ hour flight HKG-BKK was regretable. Boarding at BKK airport was chaotic with no separate business class boarding. No welcome on boarding the plane. No pre-dinner drinks. IFE lacks quality and choice - no VOD. Plastic panel from seat in front fell off leaving an unsightly hole. more

Mixing-with-the-best flew Cathay Pacific Business (short haul), on a B777-200
Swift check in - complimentary upgrade, have to love Gold Marco Polo. CX BKK air lounge, fine, comp wifi. Boarding on time - seat 18D, aisle seat, I prefer window, but was a good seat as is backs onto the serving section. So can recline the seat without worrying about the comfort of other passengers which was a huge problem on this flight because the seats reclined... more
