The majority of economy seats on the A330 are configured 2-4-2, so avoid the middle section if you can. Rows 14 and 32 offer the greatest legroom by the exits. Seats 15 D and G also have good space.

If you cannot secure these, look at the rear of the aircraft from row 43 back, as some seats here will offer more room. Beware though, the proximity of the washroom.

Brussels Airlines' is currently in the process of introducing a new economy class product on its new A330s, due to begin serving New York in June, as well as retrofitting its existing long-haul fleet with the new seats which are depicted here.
