On the ATR72-200 and ATR72-500 there are 70 economy class seats in a 2-2 configuration (A,B - C,E). It's best to sit in front of the propellers as it will be quieter. Remember also that the view will be restricted in seats by the wings and the overhead lockers may be smaller.
