The Fokker 70 is configured 2-3 (A,B - D,E,F), so unless you are travelling in a group, head for the left hand side. Economy on this aircraft usually starts in row five.
It's best to sit as far forward as possible on the Fokker 70 as the engines are attached to the fuselage at the back. If you want extra legroom, there is an exit row over the wings.
