Ownership
Arkefly is entirely owned by the German TUI Group after it took over the activities of the financially struggling Holland Air, renaming the airline Arkefly in 2005.

Economy Class and Comfort Class passengers aboard the Boeing 767 for flights longer than 6:30 hours can hire a personal entertainment programme for €15 per person return if booked in advance or €10 per journey if purchased on board.
Premium Comfort Class receive this service free of charge. Aboard the Boeing 737 and Boeing 767 aircraft to European and Mediterranean destinations a standard entertainment programme is offered.
