En 2011 une Amie Québécoise m'a emmenée pour mon premier vol avec Air Transat (Mulhouse via Montréal) car elle est venue spécialement en Alsace pour me chercher et me rassurer ,40 ans que je rêvais d'aller au Québec et a 60 ans ça a fonctionné avec grâce a mon Amie de 65 ans !,Formidable expérience avec vous en classe Club ça m'a tellement plu que j'y retourne le 20 juin 2012 ,J'adore et je dois dire que je ne volerait jamais avec une autre Compagnie et je ne jure que par votre compagnie !, ça sera uniquement avec Air Transat c'est Officiel déjà quand je met le pied dans l'avion et j'entend l'accent du Québec pfff je suis déjà en vacances et croyez moi quand j'ai quitté le Québec après 7 semaines de vacances chez mon Amie j'ai pleuré comme un enfant ça m'a brisé le coeur de partir d'un pays ,je croyait que je par de chez moi et c'est aussi grâce a cette FORMIDABLE flotte d'Air Transat et ces Hôtesses qui donnent tout pour que le passager se sente a l'aise ,je leur dit "Merci les filles vous êtes FORMIDABLES car on est vraiment a l'aise et gâtés avec le service qu'elles nous propose et je mesure mes mots ! je suis tellement impatient que le 20 juin 2012 arrive et je retournerait avec la Compagnie avec la quelle je suis pratiquement " tombé en Amour " Air Transat !!! au Québec pour deux mois ,merci du fond du coeur et a très bientôt ! (et même si je doit a chaque fois grater mes économies personne ne m’interdira de partir chaque année avec vous merci !)

Let me start by saying that I will never fly economy again. I've flown many times to my vacation destinations and have always thought it was useless to fly club class. What a mistake. This time my vacation actually started IN the plane. I was seated so comfortably and was served wonderful cocktails and delicious hot meals. The staff was just amazing! I'm passing this info onto my friends for sure, it's well worth the little extra for the experience!

It was crammed and the food was bad. However there was only 11 TV's but there was some good entertinment on board. But the supplies were not good as they do not get more snacks or duty free on board in the UK and only in Canada.

Just returned from a vacation from Mexico to Canada and my family and I had a great time.

We stayed at the Bahia Principe Akumal in Riviera Maya. Just paradise.Unfortunately ,as usual, something does leave a very sour taste in your mouth.Airtranshit and it's ground personnel in Cancun should be ashamed of themeselves.Arrogance,from Mexicans!!!!!, Lousy service on board and seats that must have been designed for anorexics!!

Next time will pay more but fly comfortably with some REAL AIRLINE, not a third world transport company!

First and last time with Airsardines!!!
