Air Transat's economy section offers smart leather seating, but the product is firmly geared towards the budget traveller.
On long-haul flights, economy passengers get a meal plus breakfast or a snack included in their fare. Hot and soft drinks are free, but alcoholic drinks cost around £3 (€5) and snacks and water £1.
In-flight entertainment is provided, although it is not AVOD or via personal screens and there is a charge for headphones.
It is possible to select seats on the airline's website. Reserving an ordinary seat is CA$20 per single journey (around £11). Extra legroom seats are CA$70 (around £39) per journey and "two by two" seats at the rear of some aircraft cabins are CA$30 (£17) each per single journey.

UflyRight flew Air Transat Economy, on a A330-200
It was crammed and the food was bad. However there was only 11 TV's but there was some good entertinment on board. But the supplies were not good as they do not get more snacks or duty free on board in the UK and only in Canada. more
