Air Pacific's business class is called Tabua Class.

Boeing 767s have 18 business class seats with a 50-inch pitch and a 10-inch recline. Entertainment is via personal Video Walkmans with selection of 10 videos and 10 audio channels.

Boeing 747s have 28 business class seats in the nose of the aircraft with a 57-inch pitch and a 12-inch recline. There are in-seat videos with 22 video and 12 audio channels.

Other perks include separate business class check-in, increased baggage allowance and access to lounge facilities at most airports.

Air Pacific had very friendly staff and good food. The aircraft was a little older but comfortable. We had to make an unexpected stop in Hawaii on our way to Fiji - they said it was to refuel but we were there for about 5 hours which made us late for our connecting flight. more
