Seating on the Boeing 747 is in a 3-4-3 layout (A,B,C - D,E,F,G - H,J,K). Row 43 and 53 offer good exit seating. The economy cabin's first row, 36, offers extra legroom in seats A-C and H-K.

If you don't mind being right at the back, the pairs of seats in rows 65-67 offer a bit more elbow room by the windows.
