CoogeeTah flew Air New Zealand Economy (short haul), on a A320
Flew Air NZ with our 6 month old in February 2010. Requested a basinet seat in advance, and despite a relatively empty flight, Air NZ seated a traveller next to us so as to squash 3 adults and an infant in one row. Cabin crew were very umsympathetic and blamed ground crew. Certainly not an airline (or perhaps just this sector) when travelling with infants. more
