Air Mauritius has redesigned the economy product on Airbus A330 and A340-300E (extended range) aircraft.

The lime green seats are of a new design which lacks the supporting leg in the middle, meaning that passengers can stretch out in whichever seat they take. The seats are also of the sliding, rather than reclining variety, which it is claimed gives more room than would be expected from their 31-inch pitch.

The cabin is configured 2-4-2. Passengers get nine-inch seat-back video screens which have the AVOD system showing 31 video options and 60 CDs.
