Air India's new First Class product offers a completely flat bed in either a 1-2-1 or 2-2 configuration depending on the aircraft, with a minimum 80-inch seat pitch. The cabin's ivory-coloured sleeper seats are complemented by warm-hued fabrics.
Service begins with cocktails followed by meals served on Royal Doulton. Dishes include grilled lamb chops, chicken Malai Kabab and Shahi Korma accompanied by vintage wine or Champagne. There is a full range of in-flight entertainment, including route maps, on the large personal screen fitted into the seat.
