Air France's first class product is called Première. It is a cabin of between four and eight seats, each positioned at an angle, allowing direct access to the aisle without disturbing your neighbour.  Configuration is 1-2-1.

The seat reclines into a fully flat bed two metres long with mattress, duvet and pillow. There are many compartments for personal belongings, including a drawer in front of the seat (good for shoes), and a large tray table for work and dining. The banquette seat is also large enough (and strong enough) to be used by a companion for dinner.

There is AVOD IFE through a 10.4-inch interactive video screen, headphones with noise-distortion protection, PC power outlet, auto-massage, soft lighting and a fibre-optic reading lamp.

You also receive a sleep suit, dust bag for your shoes, slippers and a Première travel kit that includes a selection of five Clarins cosmetics for men and women, a relaxing eye mask and toiletries.

Other luxuries include a pure merino wool blanket, a plush red cushion and a hypoallergenic feather pillow with Venetian-style cotton sham.

However, when they do appear into the... more
