Air Arabia is a good flight only. But when we book the ticket and cancell then we change to other name really it is much expensive. Every time 5 Omani Riyals. It is not good.

I've used Air Arabia so far twice, and so far till now I'm Very happy for what this Airline can offer to their customers.

Everyone's concern are majority with the Leg room (Leg space), For me (FAT) I am comfortable on these flights, As per they indicated in their website their leg room are measured PITCH 32" which you rarely find in a small plane.

Maybe some passengers don't know of what I'm going to say, But When booking Online you get offer to select your seat with additional fees, RAW 1 = 50aed (lots of legroom) RAW2 = 40 RAW3=40 RAW4+5+6=30 until u reach a cost of 5aed.

Selecting seats online are perfect for people who are planning on having a good privacy because most checked in passengers are assigned between middle and end tail, and rarely you will find passengers in the 1st 15 RAW.

Food I never tried but you can buy them and they are very good for a short trip or medium trip as well.

Entertainment are fine for short trip.

And now the bad thing isn't about Air Arabia but it about Sharjah Airport and they are little like i found 2 things are abit annoying and they are:

1- security checks before checking in (WHY?) there was only 1 security gate at the time i was checking in (early morning), and police all they ask the passenger to go back when the machine peeps. They don't tell them to remove mobiles belts and coins or whatever which will delay you for about 5 to 10mins if there is a long Q.

2- arrival baggage for some reason, i waited for about 35~40mins just for the belt to start which later known that the electricity were off during that time.

But usually baggage takes like normal time.

Overall: I prefer flying Air Arabia if i am looking to save $$ for flights that takes max 4 hours, and since what matters to me (leg space), I am comfortable with the legroom they provide, I also dont require an extension belt (because im fat) on their very new A320s but i do need one on their 1st A302s.

I Give them 8/10

and I will definitely fly them again.

NOTE TO ALL: Air Arabia have also a Lovely Holiday packages which are very decent in price and acceptable compare to other International Airlines, these packages sometime perfect for a getaway and relaxation. (Recommended)

I have flown Air Arabia from Sharjah to Kuwait, Riyadh and Doha and always found them to offer a decent basic service. The seat is comfortable with enough room for short sectors and flying from Sharjah is really beneficial when comparing using nearby Dubai. The prices have always been 50% less than Emirates, and because they use smaller planes, the boarding and disembarking process is significantly quicker. If you select your seat at booking, it costs 5 Dirhams, for a seat near the back and upto 50 Dirhams for a seat in Row 1. I have always found if you pay 100 AED at check-in for the executive lounge access, you get moved forward on the plane. Bagage delivery is a pain at Sharjah, slower than other places, but I am sure this will improve following feedback to the airline. Overall, a great service and excellent value. So much so, I have made this manditory for my company to use when flying within the GCC countries.
