ANA's economy class seats generally have a seat pitch of 31 inches, but refurbishment of Boeing 777-330ER and 767-300ER with new, thinner seats means a 34-inch seat pitch, one of the best in the skies.
These seats are also fitted to the new Boeing 787.
On all these aircraft, seats have sliding cushions but the seat back is pod-style and does not recline and inconvenience the passenger behind you.
These seats have nine-inch seatback TVs with Audio and Video on Demand (AVOD), iPod connectors, USB ports and PC power points.

I flew last week - Haneda to LAX midnight flight the seats were TERRIBLE I am 6'0 and it was the crappiest, smallest seat I have ever been in!!! The armrests had diabolical holes cut in them to make then as uncomfortable as a torture chamber but that wasn't enough so they took away any legspace you had with this horrible foot rest thing that folds out from under the... more
